I’ve finished my first year of college! Wow.. I can’t believe I survived through it. This year has brought me to a place I’d never thought I’d be. And I couldn’t be more thankful!

Not all the moments at Simon’s Rock were easy breezy. In fact, a majority of my time was spent working, worrying, working while worrying and worrying about work! Haha, there were a lot of hectic moments that I encountered. Not only was the work load heavier than you could imagine, but my social life was ever changing as well. Keeping up to pace with everyone you love, while also trying to deal with this new independence and control, keeps a girl on her toes!

Deciding to start college two years early might have seemed like a risky choice at first. I truly believe that a decision that prominent could only be chosen by few individuals that are willing to test their limits, and that not everyone is prepared physically, mentally, emotionally, or academically. Fortunately, the school believed that I was, or at least saw the potential that I had„, Everything about that school grabbed me and shook me. The teachers, the students, the environment, the independence, the challenge and the push, the fire in everyone’s eyes, the care in everyone’s heart, the uniqueness and diversity, the energy and talent, the ever beautiful blooming minds, and certainly all the magic…

I have grown up, out, and beyond the dreams I once had because this year has taught me that anything is possible. I have let my mind see wonders I’ve never even imagined possible. Thank you so much, for this beautiful growing experience.

It’s funny. I’ve never had a closer group of friends // I’ve never felt so lonely..
